    Grading is not a science, it is an opinion. Our grades for uncertified items are based on The ANA Grading Guide, Photograde, and experience. Feel free to request a more detailed description of the item.
    
    All orders will be charged a reasonable shipping charge. Registered mail may be used on orders exceeding $1300.00. The shipping charges include postage, insurance, materials, time to pack and wrap packages, time to fill out forms, time to drive to the bank vault to pick up coins and then to the post office, time waiting in line, $0.50 per mile driving, and automobile replacement expense. When lost packages must have a claim filed, the expenses add to our yearly shipping expenses, so we have come up with what we feel are very reasonable charges ($ USA).
    
    Nothing ships until we receive payment in full. Payment must be in US Dollars. Certified checks, money orders, personal checks, PayPal payments should be sent to cheapslabstore@yahoo.com and - Master Card/Visa/Discover/American Express Credit Cards Accepted. However, you must have a USA address to use Credit Cards.   Non-USA addresses should use postal money orders in US Dollars, thanks!. We have had a few checks bounce after waiting 14 days for them clear.  We now require 21 working days to confirm that personal checks are good.  For faster service, send a money order or a certified check.  Our bank charges us if your check bounces, we will pass that charge along to you, it is $25.
    
    Our terms are simple.  You will receive next business day shipping when you pay via credit card, certified funds or a money order.  For USA domestic shipments, the shipping, insurance and handling fees are $4.00 plus 2% of the total purchase price.  For example, postage for $120.00 is $6.40 ($4.00+$2.40).  For shipments to non USA addresses, shipping will adjusted to the invoice after the package has been taken to the US Post Office and the different shipping options obtained. The customer will then have the option to choose the shipping option best suited for them. The customer accepts all responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen, and any and all other problems with any package shipped to a non USA address. The Cheap Slab Store is not responsible for any package, for any reason, once it has shipped to a non USA address.
    

All items shipped in the USA are sent with an unconditional, 7-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt and send the entire lot back in its original holder. You will promptly be refunded the total amount you paid. We can not refund shipping costs. It is YOUR responsibility to send it back via a "trackable insurable" service. We can not refund your money if it gets lost or damaged in transit.  Although rarely applied, it is our policy to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on returned items as well as items ordered, but not picked up within 30 days.
